Ashley Crawford, Au.D., CCC-A, founded Hometown Hearing to create the kind of hearing practice she always envisioned—one that combines clinical excellence with genuinely personal care. Throughout her career, Ashley has cared for patients in private practice, ENT clinics, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and as a hearing aid manufacturer consultant supporting hearing care professionals. These experiences gave her a unique perspective on hearing healthcare and inspired her to build a practice centered on expert care, honesty, and personalized treatment. At Hometown Hearing, Ashley combines advanced diagnostic technology with evidence-based care to provide comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid services, tinnitus management, and ongoing hearing healthcare. She believes every patient deserves the time to ask questions, understand their options, and feel confident in their care. Outside the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and their twin daughters. She is passionate about serving the East Tennessee community and helping people reconnect with the conversations, relationships, and moments that matter most.
